long weekend.......

So for this long weekend, {which I love, by the way!} my oldest ended up getting ill. Normally I would be a little pill about the whole thing, and not be able to get anything finished, but on the contrary I got alot done. Remarkable. However, I really am not great at taking time for myself {ok there I admit it, in black and white.....} so this weekend with baskeball games, and First communion classes, and a superbowl, I decided to just let me be, do what I wanted {with in reason, I mean I have a sick kid at home...} and got to watch all of my favorite design shows, {it helps when your daughter likes the same ones...} caught a couple of movies, and did a few craft projects......and best of all we snuggled...... nothing like snuggling your soon to be teenager to make you feel great!!!!! and needed!!! xo Enjoy your weekend!
